What is included in the per Word Price?

• Prices include translation, editing/proofreading, project management fees, photocopies and all domestic phone charges.
• Translation is billed on a per word basis in the target languages (the language into which the document is being translated). There are a few exceptions to this rule such as character languages.
• Rush services are available for all languages. Rush project prices are determined by turnaround time.
• There is a 10% discount for prompt payment. Prompt payment is defined as payment received within 10 days of job completion.
• Ongoing large projects are subject to additional discounts.
• There is a minimum charge of $100 per project/per language.
• Output will be laser output, email, diskette, or cd. Client to specify. Translations are word processed in a standard text format. Desktop publishing, localization, interpreting etc. is available at an additional cost. Prices are quoted on a per project basis.

Quality Assurance

• Global Link's high quality translation is performed by native speakers of the target language. All translators are required to hold ATA accreditation and/or equivalent translation/interpreting degree, with a minimum 10 years experience and industry specific experience. In addition, Global Link's translators are allowed to ONLY translate into their native languages. All translators are carefully screened and their references are checked prior to joining our team.
• Job tracking system in place to ensure all deadlines are met.
• Multilingual Project Managers with an average of 15 years experience.
• All translations are fully proofread/edited and are QC'd once again upon arrival in our office.
• GLOBAL LINK DOES NOT COMPROMISE QUALITY, ACCURACY OR DEADLINES WHEN OFFERING A DISCOUNTED PRICE. We are able to offer government agencies discounted prices as we have negotiated with a select group of experienced translators to provide you with the highest quality translation at the most competitive prices.
• WE WILL MEET OR BEAT ALL COMPETITOR PRICING as long as the level of service and standard services are equivalent to Global Link's.

Turnaround Time

• All volume, deadline and turnaround time are based on representative samples provided by Client. If the project changes in any manner and/or if the Client samples prove inaccurate, pricing and deadlines are subject to change.

Terms and Conditions

• Delivery (first class mail) costs are included in per word charges. ALL courier services and express mail costs are Client responsibility. Domestic and International delivery are available at Client's expense.
• Once project is completed, Global Link will make minor changes or correct any errors at no charge. Any significant changes or text editing considered beyond the original scope of the project will be billed at an hourly rate.
• Global Link is NOT responsible for any changes made by the Client to the finished product after the Client's final approval. Nor will Global Link be held accountable for any errors resulting from services contracted with other firms.
• If Client cancels or withdraws any portion of the project described below prior to Global Link's completion of the service(s), the Client is subject to pay in full for services contracted within thirty (30) days of their cancellation or withdrawal.
• Overdue statements are subject to a 1.5% interest rate per month.
• Special terms must be negotiated in advance.
